At LumePaws, we are committed to providing high-quality grooming tools for your pets. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, you must provide either:
- Proof of the issue — clear photographic or video evidence of any damage, defect, or problem with the product, or
- A reason for the return — a brief explanation of why you'd like to return your item.
All return requests are reviewed and properly processed by our team on a case-by-case basis.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, simply email us at info@lumepaws.store with the following:
- Your original order number
- The email address associated with your purchase
- Your reason for the return, along with any photos or videos if applicable
Once we receive your email, our team will take it from there and guide you through the next steps.
Response Time
Our team will get back to you within 24 hours or less. If your request is submitted on a weekend, it will be handled on the following business day.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, we will notify you and issue either a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, depending on your preference and our inventory.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny return requests if the provided proof or reason is insufficient, if damage appears to be caused by improper use, or if the request is submitted outside of the 30-day window.
